I am a month into the training programme that I bought off Training Peaks that was done by Phil Mosley and in this video I share my thoughts on the programme and how I have got on with it so far.

Thanks for the video! Would you recommend a training plan for someone for their first Olympic? New to triathlon but need a more structured plan.

The great thing about training peaks is that you can put in what distance you are racing and how long you want to train for and how many hours a week you want and they will give you loads of options to chose from. Hope that helps

It was really good, especially as it got me a through my first 70.3 world champs. Would definitely recommend
