I used to think Jay-Z was highly overrated mainly because I was in highschool during the Watch the Throne era and for the way he was respected I felt like his music was just ok but during the pandemic I checked out all his older albums... He might be #1 all time if you count skill + mainstream success. And only people close Eminem and Kanye if you count Ye both as an artist and as a producer for other artists

"Getting ghost from Pac Man ..." is a double entendre. The game PAC MAN is the first obvious reference, but Jay is also referencing the movie Colors, where Sean Penn is a dirty LA cop who drives a yellow car, so the dope boys call him 'Pac Man'. Classic film.
