@Curtis Davies I grew up listening to all of the guys you mentioned. I've seen all of these men in concert. I feel you're right about Hendrix. But if you're going to include Clapton, then why not the third Yardbird guitarist? Beck. Why not Santana? Young? Vaughn? King? Richards? All are great. But, IMO the two greatest rock guitarists are Page and Gilmour. Gilmour was a virtuoso and had an exceptionally unique technique. Yes, Page and Gilmour's styles are different ...duh, point out the obvious. But, both were heavily blues influenced (as were all of the guitarists that you mentioned). So, the foundational style of all of them is blues oriented. I stand by my statement about Gilmour and Page. You may have another opinion...that's your choice. I also agree that Zeppelin rules...but in the same throne with Pink Floyd.

I'm a bit sad that most of the comments on here think this is actually Led zeppelin. With all due respect, nobody can replace Bonzo's timing. Pedal. Artistry. I almost feel bad for Jason - it's like being Van Gogh's son. You're never going to paint that painting again.

@@doratiscareno5856 I don't think the venue was right and there's sound/mixer was not balanced. There should have been more air, space, and echo to Plant's voice. Most of all - this isn't zeppelin. In 1980 they announced Led Zeppelin was gone with John's passing. ... can't replace Bonzo?! Like I said in my other comment. I sort of feel bad for Jason. Being the son of an artist - it's like being Van Gogh's son - that painting was already painted. This video got a bunch of awards apparently. I think they missed it by 30 years or so. This is a tribute. A Led Zeppelin "experience". It's not Zeppelin. You got a good ear. Once you've had THE best - don't bother with the rest. Haha!

Hi Morenikeji, the lead guitarist Jimmy Page and Robert Plant reunited in the 90s to make an Album called No Quarter. The Zeppelin songs they played on it (old and some new songs) are influenced by the African musicians who formed the rest of the band in Marrakesh. I really recommend it. Yalllah is a good song. It's on utube along with several others. Auto spelling got the song name wrong on the first attempt 😊

Seeing Jimmy Page sober and clean after beating his demons (addictions) in the 1980's brings joy to my heart. I have been a professional guitarist for 45years now (sober since 2001), and Mr. Page was my single greatest influence in the 1970s. His style, his stage presence, his sense of dynamics within a song helped shape the musician I became. I really was afraid we were going to lose him in the late 1970's into the late 1980's. But he fought back, cleaned up and emerged like some kind of wizard. If wizards do indeed exist, Mr Page and Mr Plant are wizards of the highest order.

A Billion for them to of done a World tour would’ve been a BARGAIN... It would’ve been priceless... I think they turned it down because they didn’t want to maybe risk tarnishing there legacy & mystique & aura that’s surrounded them for decades. Plus I know they sure knocked it out’ve the park for Celebration Day but that was a one off... Imagine having to replicate that kind of performance many times over.. The bar would’ve just kept getting higher & Robert Plant, Jimmy Page & John Paul Jones were not in there 20’s & 30’s anymore. Jason Bonham did a beautiful job... John would’ve been proud. The first time I saw this performance on television it had me in raptures... I reached euphoria & also had a few tears of Joy & a few of sorrow because I knew I’d never get to see them play live in person & also because it was emotional seeing them boys united together again albeit with a new drummer... What a truly spellbinding performance.. We have been truly blessed to of had the privilege to listen to Led Zeppelin... Music of The Gods...

When they were rehearsing they told the crew, NO AUTO TUNE OR OTHER ENHANCEMENTS, they wanted to do it just like they did in 1975. Voted best rock band of the 60's-70's & 80's. Great selection, and a smile-inducing reaction on your part! May I suggest another vintage Led Zeppelin clip? Try "In My Time of Dying," from their 1975 Earl's Court performances -- these guys were at the height of their power at that time. You are jaw-droppingly beautiful, by the way!

Hello Morenikeji, you like Led Zeppelin, that´s great, you picked a milestone of classic rock, listen and react to "Immigrant Song" - "Black dog" - "In my time of dying" - "Achilles last stand" - "Rock´n Roll" - "Moby Dick" (greatest Drum-Solo ever). There´s so much more to discover - you will love it.
