Join me for a 12 minute RESISTANCE BAND ARM WORKOUT to shape and strengthen your upper body. Today I'll be using a light 10LB band, but if you are more advanced, then you can grab a 20LB band instead. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest with 12 exercises total. Oh my Lord. I am so happy I just found you here on youtube. Finally a young lovely person that does not follow the current trend of miming workouts with horrid canned music. I can not believe what is going on these days with all the in shape, fit instructors who just like some dummies basically mime all their workouts. Zero verbal instructions. Shocking to me. I'm about 3 months from Dbl Mastectomy/revision surgeries and wanted to slowly start working my arms to get back my strength. I could do these just enough for me and yet still get the burn and a great workout. I will keep this up, as I know I will keep getting stronger and will be able to do the entire 12 minutes and make the stretching harder as I get stronger. Thank you so much. Love your smile. It kept me going.

I have been doing all of your resistance band workouts for a few months now, absolutely fantastic 🎉🎉. The are easy to follow and very effective, I can feel the difference in my body. I do my 4-5 mile walk in the morning, then come home and do the workouts. Thank you so much. Keep up this fantastic work 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😀😀

Loved the workout - Perhaps a 20-25 second in between exercises for us who are slow to adjust band (I am using a hand without handles, so sometimes takes a little longer to adjust) :)

I have been following you for a year. Love your pass & full instructions with modifications. For me I would like to see more videos on Resistance bands. I have A supraspinatus tear which I understand resistance bands with slow motion will help strengthen the muscle.

Was struggling to get back to workout. Lack of motivation, didn’t know where to start…This was quick but super “yummy” workout. And also easily scalable which for me is key otherwise I just stop mid-workout. Thanks. Keep it up! 😘

When you fold the band have 2 fingers inside the fold and 2 fingers and your thumb around the band. The band is less likely to slip through your fingers.
