Join me for a 10 minute STANDING ABS WORKOUT to sculpt through your core muscles WITHOUT crunches, sit-ups or planks. All you need is one dumbbell and a bit of space. Today I'll be using a 10LB weight. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting!

Only found this today! Absolutely loved it, more of these please. I'm 52 and have been eating better 80% of the time, doing your workouts about 6 days a week, cycling and hiking. I've been consistent for the last 8 weeks, lost 11lb, am building muscle and feeling the best I've felt in a long time...thank you so much, I couldn't do this without you ❤

Best knee friendly workout I've came across! And I like the fact after each move is a 15 second break that makes the exercises more doable. And let's not leave out the past of how fats this workout was over. This will be my to to workout for a while

Like many other commenters, I'm a 40s mom who discovered online workouts during covid, now totally addicted to them, and really love your refreshing positive attitude, smile, and beginner-friendly/standing workouts! That kicked my butt more than I thought it would. Hard but not impossible - I guess that's the sweet spot. I appreciate your straightforward style - no excessive hype and constant chatter. That lets me focus on your instruction and my breathing & form.

This channel is great for that! I've committed to doing _at least_ 20 minutes a day, so I mix and match the type and length of videos to reach that goal. There are even some 5 minute ones if you go back in the list, and they're pretty intense! Hope you're keeping well. ✌️🍍

I love your workouts, particularly the low impact and wrist friendly ones! This one is my go to though being that it's "beginner friendly" (I've been sharing it with all my friends!). I'm just getting back in the habit of working out and struggle with my form on some of your other videos because my muscles just aren't strong enough yet, and I would love to see a playlist comprised of beginner friendly workouts. I'm hoping to be in good enough shape by April to keep up with the April challenge! Thanks for the videos!

I love the production quality of this video and I find the cues an pacing very helpful. In this particular session though I found several exercises were causing me discomfort in th hips and lower back. Specifically lower back pain on the side triangle pose dips and hip discomfort in the wide squat side crunch

Omg 😆🙏🥰I’m so internally great full Mikaela for what you’ve done for this special needs mom to a wonderful 13 year old daughter and wife to an incredible husband😂🙏I’ve tried other good videos on KZfaq thinking I could finish them but my heart would break when I couldn’t .. I’m not heavy but could lose the Covid anxiety that got me in 2020.. knowing you videos work with my time and no longer then 30 minutes with some .. now I do know I can lose the weight and get back to my weight before Covid 🥰😂I know I can do it and do it for me❤️

I did this today. I dont normally do these kinds of workouts (with weights or standing abs (prefer laying down abs). I was looking for ten minutes. I was surprised! I really enjoyed this. ❤❤
