I generally lift weights in the gym. I exercise every day, from Monday to Friday. Once a week I do a hiit circuit and I love it because I always change and never get bored.

I, for one, am very partial to pint lifting on free bar. A good preparation for "hammer throw". Which as many of you may know is short for getting hammered and throw up. But I digress. Lovely lesson. Thanks, Anna.
