Hi Drs. Bob and Brad, you are so right that backpod is pretty pricey BUT I have been SUFFERING from right shoulder pain for 3 years if the backpod really works it would be priceless to me. I will be purchasing it and will let everyone know how it works. Thank you, both for these videos. Y’all are helping people who can’t afford to go to a physical therapist or doctor. I’m a firm believer in our bone structure being a HUGE point in our overall wellness. Thank you again.

So you never told us how the backpod worked on your shoulder pain Barbara. It seems to me that it would not help those whose suffer impingement.

I've started using a respirator mask to protect me from work fumes. However, the neck strap forces my neck and head forward causing a lot of pain in my upper back. If I loosen the strap, the mask doesn't seal on my face, so I'm kind of stuck with being in pain. I hope these exercises will be enough to counteract using this mask. Thanks for the videos, guys!

Thanks Bob and Brad. I bought the massage gun for my Mother for Christmas and she loves it! I rake lawns and I had something happen that I didnt notice until I was well home from raking. I raked leaves up for 4 hours and have been raking alot of leaves up. I know, why not do it another way. I like the workout. Anyways, my left shoulder at the ball or cup, is hurting bad. I can pick up a gallon of water which is hard, so it cant be too bad but boy, does pain change the world. This workout helps, which is good, but if I rake, it hurts.

What do you guys think about the "Tom house" technique , and using it for recovery rather that say just strengthening? About 5 years ago a trainer had me do these for a few weeks, but I sort of fell of the wagon right after. Just started doing I's and T's and was thinking of incorporating this. I guess Tom was a Japanese baseball trainer or brought the Japanese shoulder baseball shoulders training techniques to the USA. Not too sure of the history however.

B&B should clarify ... how can a lacrosse ball or Back Pod help with shoulder pain that is caused by impingement. I don't think it does.

Hi everyone. I have another trick for you. Put two 🎾 tight in a sock and make a knot. Place them beside the spine laying on the floor. This way you can work on both sides simultaneously! Hope you like it

I have a diagnosis called "Lumbar lordosis lost" on MRI. HOW can I correct it?

Strenthen lower back muscles and gluteus. Deadlifts are a good exercise for that (supervised)
