Same here, cleaned carb & changed gas filter, & adjusted idle. The idle surges up & down. Was going nuts. Too high idle slams it when going into reverse or fwd. Lower idle & it surges up and down & stalls in gear at idle. Going to twist out the cap and adjust the air/fuel come daylight. Thanks for the info!!!

Same ATV. Replaced the carburetor yesterday. I adjusted the idle screw & air screw. Bike ran fine for a few hours but seemed rich. Played with the screws more and now it won’t start. So you know how many turns on both from when each screw is all the way closed?

Unfortunately I've let my coolster mini jeep sit now for around 9 months. Can't get her started now. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also I broke her in with the high zinc conventional oil. What's the best oil to run in these Lil 125's? Again great post... Lil thing sounds awesome!

Don’t know if you still have that problem, but assuming your stator and charging system are still good and you have a gear shift, you could push start it and let it run for a bit. I’d imagine after 9months the battery is either dead or not working anymore

@@MrILLryder try tapping the carb bowl in case it’s stuck, and then use some started fluid in it to get it going

I have a coolster that’s running rough and dies when u take the choke off. Have played with the idol screw bit still runs rough and dies. I’m having a hard time understanding how to get at the air intake adjustment screw. Tried hammering a flathead on to remove the cap with no luck. Any more advise??

What is the hose going into the air filter and do you need it?

Its a crankcase vent and I would keep it how it is to help prevent any dirt getting in

Hey this solved my issue. But now if the choke is on it automatically accelerates. Choke off. Idles fine. Any idea?

Honestly the carbs they came with suck, I ended up buying new one from Amazon for 20 and never had issues again

My throttle cable is stuck in the carb...like it's connected as one...I'm unable to take the bowl off the carb also it seems like they machined it to where you can't maintenance the cab just replace

Weird that the cable stuck in there, mine came out easy, I ended up replacing the carbs, they are like 20 on Amazon

For mine i have a couple hours and it started to make a real loud rattiling coming from the front bottem and cant find where it coming from even after tightening everything.... Can you try and help me figure out what it is? Same modle same atv 125cc. The rattiling noise started after the exhaust fell when i was pulling in and had detached from the carb or engine and when it did that a spring like thing came out of it. Please get back at me i need answers.

Was it spring inside the carb?

@@offroaddude4560 no it wasnt from the inside the carberator because were the exhaust pipe connects that is where the spring like thing came out...... Do you have an Instagram to were i can show u?
