Done this today and felt really great!! I am gonna do it for 2 weeks two times!! Day 1:- completed!! ❤ Day 2:- completed!! ❤ Day3:- completed!! 💟( it's workingg!!) Comenzare hoy día 1:Me dejó el abdomen un poco plano, aunque cansa un poco los giros rusos^^ y se siente como hipopresivos los cuales parecen geniales DIA2: DIA 3: DIA 4; DIA 5: POR FAVOR AYUDEN A RECORDARMELO

Lo voy a hacer por 7 dias, 2 veces y tambien junto con los abs de kazuha, los estiramientos de Lisa y el ejercicio para piernas arqueadas D-1 me duele un poco la panza, las piernas ya no me duelen (lo de kazuha y las piernas arqueadas ya llevo dos dias antes haciendolos) espero que funcione. Me trono hasta lo que no deberia de tronar jsjsjs D-2 pues diferencias no hay pero si me duele la panza (me tronaron las costillas) D-3 D-4 D-5 D-6 D-7

llevo un tiempo haciendolo junto a otras rutinas de este canal, realmente me ayudan a mantener una buena forma, resistencia y si, se me ha marcado el abdomen y cintura, esto es más por mi metabolismo pero incluso cuando como mucho sigo manteniendo mi figura, coman sano, tomen mucha agua y de verdad, cenen maximo dos horas antes de dormir, asi su cuerpo tendrá tiempo suficiente para digerir la comida
