An early take of possibly the most mystical sounding of all Fleetwood Mac songs, Gold Dust Woman. In this version the vocals in the first half of the song seem at once more earthy and more innocent. In the second half the vocals take on a more ethereal tone.

I was almost 11 in 1975 when I first heard her voice as I heard Rhiannon on the radio. I was captivated from that moment to this day. Though Gold Dust Woman is my favorite and this is my favorite version followed closely by the studio album cut.

I've been captivated by Fleetwood Mac since the Peter Green days. I bought the English version of their first album before there was an American one. Sure Stevie....and Lindsay have both taken the group to new levels, but I love listening to it all! Always will as I here sit in a quarantine hotel in Macau, China with little to do but listen and enjoy.

I saw Stevie and the band in 2003 at the original Sydney entertainment centre in Australia which sadly has now been demolished.Hopefully Stevie will come back they put on a really good performance.

Lindsey did a great job with this. Him and Christine voices added the best parts of this song. But I did notice when I listen to these cuts, Stevie's voice seems very muted in the final cut. Interesting.

And Lindsey made this a great song. I can hear his creativity in the instruments. Couldn't believe it, that Stevie threw the genius of the band out of the band. She owes him her life as a singer/songwriter. "Lindsey spent weeks in the studio adding guitar parts, and that's what really gave the album its texture."

This douche is obviously NOT a musician because he does not have the ability to appreciate early takes and raw audio of amazing songs. This shows the the creative process and early incarnation of the song. She is singing incredibly but not full on.. And of course my first thought was to say F off because he truly should. If ya don't like it then don't watch. I've found some of the most amazing early raw audios of my fav 70s artist due to KZfaq. And I guess you're one of those MTV brats that helped kill the radio star. And NO KZfaq is NOT about videos, it's about A LOT of things!
