This is the circular version. I’ve seen the displays that have square dots.

I may be wrong but I think he fordged it through computer science, pure will, curiosity, just a small amount of about 1 ton of uranium, a light bulb and hopes and dreams

Stuck dots are precisely why you don't see flip dot displays in commercial settings anymore. This is an extremely common issue.

These things are pretty unreliable

@@Connorplayer123 True. Trams which have these displays get some pixels stuck like that over time. (50 years or more) But the new trams get the pixels stuck in less than 5 years.
