I’ve done this daily for 3 weeks and not only is it a beautiful, soothing practice, it has already brought improvement in my posture, especially seated, and reduced lower back pain. I’m also breathing more deeply. I’m recommending it to everyone I know! ❤

Thank you foir the gentler practice with longer holds in the position which makes the experience more relaxing on a number of levels. I shall return to this practice. I quite enjoy the 10 minute practices offered by BE TV. Thank you Courtney.
