Here is the recipe for a fluffy perfectly creamy mousse.
Recipe:
100g melted dark chocolate
180g cream
50g marshmallow
- Whip the cream fluffy.
- Melt the marshmallows and the chocolate together in a bowl for a few seconds in the microwave.
- Stir the marshmallows and chocolate to a creamy substance until the marshmallow bits are gone. If you still can see bits of marshmallows in the cream, let it melt a few more seconds in the microwave.
- Add a few spoons of your whipped cream with your chocolate/marshmallow cream and stir to make it more smooth.
- Now pour all your creamy chocolate/marshmallow into the whipped cream and stir until it's creamy and fluffy.
- Let the mousse rest for a while in the refrigerator before eating, piping or decorating with the mousse. Enjoy!
