Do you understand that any current vtol electric airplane can’t fly with any payload for more than 15 or 20 minutes? Do you understand that even if they came up with a brilliant new battery tech in a lab tomorrow, which they have not, the time to develop and productionize it is about 10 yrs? I didn’t think so. So don’t tell me that this will pay off in 5 yrs. The only thing that will happen in the next 5 yrs is that a lot of suckers are going to lose a lot of money betting on nothing more than slick presentations, simulations and empty promises that ignore the basic laws of physics
