well i have an 08 ford ranger and i have screws, so This is the video i wanted to see. my Actuator shaft was Just Stuck and my AC blew Hot in Ac but Cold on Max AC, and i was able to free it with a screwdriver For Now. .... So Glad it Wasn't My Compressor / Clutch or Blend Door😀

With the patience of Job; I did it "right", all three screws out and back in. I have heat again. Great tips; especially the dental floss.

I tape a piece of 1/2” copper pipe to my ratchet had it helped when reaching the back screw easier.

I have a 2002 Mazda B4000 watched your video and the actuator has the 3 bolt that were easily removed. Problem is the installed actuator does not have a power plug. It has a device that snaps on top with only 2 wires. It snaps down over a shaft and when you turn the temp knob it turns the actuator shaft. I don't know how much the shaft is suppose to turn but I have no heat but do have a/c. So the problem is I cannot find the part which is Ford P/N YL5H19E872BA. If you can help, I need a link to a replacement since all I can find is the ones with the power connector.
