She was using the furnace as an excuse for not paying rent, but using space heaters was still good enough to keep operating her business. Nice catch by Judge Milian on noticing when she filed a complaint with the village. Sure the plaintiff was inappropriate with her comment about the defendant's daughter, but the old lady was rightfully pissed about the scam being run by the defendant. The Judge did a great job sorting it out!
