@Bryan Morgan lol I hate tuna casserole regardless but he does make some good stuff. I've never been to his restaurant but he can cook and the guy has a heart of gold. He offered to send me a check when I was laid off from the pandemic. I'm a fellow chef, and I couldn't take it but the fact that he offered was just amazing. Jack is a great human being. I'm happy to say I'm back at work though. Thank god!

Hey man. Spain had one of the toughest lockdowns in the world. One thing that’s been keeping me going is watching your vids, getting ingredients, then watching again while I cook in the kitchen. Born and raised in Oologah, Oklahoma. Out here in Spain for my fiancé. Keep it up and best of luck to your restaurant. If you think you’re just uploading vids and not helping anybody you’re wrong.

It’s actually a pretty good way to do it if you’re looking for extra starchy water, which will make any pasta sauce way better! Just add some starchy pasta water to your sauce and stir the hell out of it over heat and you’ll end up a rich and creamy sauce.

Jack, Great video..... Note about the garlic in oil... Store it in the refer as root crops can carry the bacteria botulism... It loves a low oxygen environment and a temp of 250F is needed to kill the spores... The intestines is a warm, moist, low oxygen environment that botulism thrives in... cooking at ~180F will kill the bacteria but not any spores it has hatched..... Garlic in oil should be safe in the refer for 2-3 weeks or so....
