The plaintiff says the defendant is a friend, but his kid scratched up her car and she needs to be compensated. She’s suing for the repair cost. The defendant says his kid never admitted to scratching it, but he offered to pay to have it buffed out.

OK, I have no proof but I feel like once the husband was back in the picture there was tension between the women. The plaintiff spent all of this time consoling her friend over his b.s. and now he's back. He also felt the need to reassert himself and push the plaintiff to the side. The wife probably had less time for the plaintiff and then they weren't paying on time. The plaintiff felt unappreciated and discarded. The husband was in his wife's ear about them being petty. And now the friendship is over, his wife is hurt, he's put on blast on national t.v., and he still owes the money.... The End

I think he is just embarrassed because he literally does not have the money. It really is hard to get a job in a bad economy, I think this is sort of sexist because people just plain do not expect the woman to be the bread winner and expect the man to. So what if the woman is the worker, and he's the stay at home parent? It has been the reverse for so long. If women really want equality, they have to eliminate ALL sexist thinking, not just the ones that give them a benefit. Get rid of alimony, have women volunteer to take on jobs are hazardous to people's health but necessary, like men do.

I felt the same way about him crying. It was that whole "I could be a better husband, and she was there when I wasnt". It sounded like a speech to win his girl back, "I'll do better, I'll be better," etc. But he's only "better" for a few weeks, then goes right back to his nonsense. he is very menacing and after the show became very aggressive but only with my daughter when her husband was at work. The plaintiff is my daughter and she and her husband work their butts off. They tried to help these guys out, only to have their property destroyed and then be called petty when they ask the neighbors to make it right.

@@vickisibley5330 so sorry to hear that.🙏 She/they don’t deserve him!! I feel bad for her because he’s a complete creep. He crybabies that he “lost his job” - was fired, surely because he was probably just as annoying on the job. - and then mooches of your daughter & her husband…but blames them for holding him accountable!! 😟 yikes, his poor wife & kids.

@@tishtash321 did you really listen & watch him? If so, it's impossible to miss his aggressive, manipulative words & actions. In addition, see the comment from the plaintiff's mother, how the bully defendant continued to harass & menace the plaintiff after the show, especially when her husband is at work😳 What a loving, grateful, mature guy... said no one, ever.

The defendant is the epitome of petty. Know your damn role in your household, in your marriage, in your friendships and in your interactions with those around you. Defendant seemingly lacks insight of himself. He’s not a problem solver and he sounds immature the way everything he says “comes out wrong” He needs to mind his own business and let his wife lead in ALLL interactions with the plaintiffs going forward whether they continue being friends or not.

This judge is just the best, she was absolutely spot on in summing this whole situation up, not just the money, but more importantly the relationship involved. I would have loved to see at the end the lady give the man a hug, there was alot of hurt feelings, and typically anger comes from having your feelings hurt. Great case!

He's a manipulator. Take him out of the equation, there'd be no problems - everything was fine til he came back into the picture. Here, he bashes the plaintiff, calling her petty 🤷claims his children didn't do it... then he starts crying crocodile tears over what a crappy husband he is! he's a troublemaker. Wants everything his way & when he doesn't get it he throws a temper tantrum.

Can't keep a job to save his life and sends his wife out to work so he can sit home and scream and those kids all day and find other girls to cheat with. Rumor has it there is another girl pregnant. He took his wife to AC and when she was SLEEPING he crept out to go meet up with another woman. I used to feel sorry for his wife, but she's an idiot who keeps taking him back. My daughter isn't petty, but I am and I will spill ALL the Tea!!🤣
