Yes sir. What I struggle with is that at the end of the day (after all the money you dumped into them) a 328 or a 330 are still cars below 300bhp. Darn S2000 with a tuned 2.2L beats them, and it's a 330LB lighter car to being with.

@@idokwatcher2062 That's for no one else to care about but the owner of the car. Someone who cares about something like that, wouldn't have bothered with the swap in the first place. The people who do not care about that, and do things to either be different, or just to make themselves happy, will do it regardless and stand by it. I built an own an 11/12 second Hyundai. Could I have built an LS1 or K24 for more power and less money? Of course. But that doesn't matter to me. I'm not trying to be like everyone else.

James Badham haha my first car was a 89 vauxhall nova 1.3 sr (england)that had 70 bhp at the flywheel that at the time I thought was well fast lol. I wish I still had though , I never should have sold it 21 years ago

@@ianrushsmoustache2282 I'm Welsh and mine was a mk3 fiesta 1100 with 54hp, not fast in the slightest (quicker than a 1ltr corsa tho lol), i fitted an rs2000 2ltr 16v in 2010ish so its had around 160hp for the last 10yrs, and it's now half turbod so should have nearer 300 once its done. I've had it 12yrs this year, and i won't sell it

James Badham that sounds awesome pal I actually sold my nova because even in the late 90s I was spending about £40 a week on petrol which was a lot to me on £95 apprentice wage . I bought a mk3 fiesta 1.8 diesel . Slow as shit but ran forever off a tenner lol

This is straight bullshit the m52tub28 made 192 hp at the crank =159 at the wheels (it made 170whp on dyno ), the m54b30 makes 229hp =192whp and it made 226whp this is a lot more than what they did stock and the whole thing that engines loose hp over time is true but we are talking really small differences unless the engine is a bad one
