This is exactly what I’ve been needing! I normally watch a lower body stretch vid then an upper body one, but to have it all together is perfect 👌🏾

Thank you very much for your videos. I love them and they will be of great help to me. I'm an adult skater, coming back to skating after a loong time. I absolutely love the feeling of freedom skating gives me and I just want to get my body to a fitness level, which will allow me to express myself on my skates with some degree of confidence. A very big thank you for helping me to do that and not making me feel like a failure (as in, your calm voice and encouragement are really appreciated). Cheers from Australia!

hello. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. I was injured badly I fractured my ankle. it hurts alittle still, but I'm good now. I healed up right on time. this looks great I can't wait to try this when I get home. the last time we spoke you said you would make a full stretch video. thanks so much for sharing. I look forward to this.😘💐. it's been awhile and I missed working out with you 😓.

Hey Sofie! Can this apply for beginner's too? I just started 4 days ago and I wanted to try a different stretching routine. I really want to be flexible since my body just feels stiff and I'm just 20 xD. Also, I'm going to try out figure skating... Can this still be achievable at my age? I'm not going to compete, I just want to have an active sport in my life. Figure skaters seem to have so much control of their body, I want to be in control of mine too. I love your videos by the way, they're all so motivating!

Hi Sofie! I have a weird question, when I strech like in 1:55 I can tuch my knee with my head, and you go way "lower" than knee ( I have no idea what is the name of this body part😂) and I just wanted to ask, is it like "anatomic" thing or I should try to push my head/neck/whatever forward or sth??? Btw I really like your vids and u❤ you're very inspirating and positive❤

Well if your body and head are touching, then you're already all the way down. It might just look like that because I have a longer upper body.
