In reality love is built from your complete and absolutely individuality Successful in a relationship is nothing else than a exchange of your real self love. That’s when self love is transformed into reciprocal love to obtain a greater well being Real love is something that doesn’t depend on any other external factor rather than YOU to be able to share your own well being If you hadn’t work on your self love, you won’t do it even if you force yourself to live with someone else in the hard way, no matter how many times you made the “hook up” rituals, or even put glue in your hands with your partner to make things work, or doing extravagant promises to the entire universe The real difficult part is to understand what self love is without falling into ambiguity or arrogance If you don’t know this, you don’t what true love is

I just get impatient. I have a hard time trusting the process. Gentleman… you are more powerful than you realize. Use your energy to become a better person. Use your energy to rise above all the pain and dark times you have been through… even when you feel like you have no energy left to give… in those moments it’s almost crucial to take the smallest steps in these moments… something as simple as cleaning your room. I believe in you.

Hey Man i just came here to say THANK YOU. I watched your "Bold 30" Video like 2 Months ago and started my small challenges, because i had no confidenz in myself. Yes i was working out for like 2 Years but still had no confidence in myself even though im pretty buffed now. So after i watched your video i made my 30 days period of challenging myself. Things like doing Push Ups in Pulic, Dancing in Public, Singing in Public ( i have a terrible singing Voice xD) and i keeped increasing the difficulty like making random Compliments to strangers Or Talking to my Boss while looking him in the Eyes. On Day 30 i finally got to my Boss and ask for a Pay raise he declined but thanks to the confidence Boost i ask if there are other jobs with a Higher payment i can Learn instead of Frezzing up and he said Yes so i was assign to a higher paying job. That gave me the selftrust to ask the hottest Girl in our gym for a Date and we are now a couple. Im so gratefull for your tipps and i will keep watching your Videos and everything(Sorry my bad English not my Mother Tongue. Still hope you get what im saying)

I don't smoke, Don't drink, never done drugs. I'm serious with gym and nutrition, I have a good career. But my social life is literally non existent, I don't know how to make friends, how to talk to people, how to be likable. I just don't have anything to say. I don't feel any interest towards anything, don't find anything fun or exciting. I've never had a girlfriend, no girl has ever liked me. I don't even talk to any girls because of the thing I described earlier. I don't see any way of fixing my situation.

Look bro, this may sound generic or like something that everybody would tell you just to cheer you up, but i really mean it: I’ve been in this place before where i neglected my social life to focus on the gym and my career. The solution is simple, but i know it won’t be easy for you because it hasn’t been for me either: You have to just put yourself out there, talk to more people, consciously try to prioritise your social life (even if it means missing the gym one day or smth) and that process alone is gonna make you happier because you know you’re trying to better yourself.

"When you give up these things, you don't have to do anything else." In relation to the sports teams, video games etc, that's not entirely true. You have to choose to replace it with something worth your while, that you also enjoy. Because if you don't, one of two things happens: either you go back to it, or you pick up something even worse (eg. drugs and alcohol)
