You are welcome! So glad you found these exercises helpful! Listening to your body is key and everyone is different in what works best for them. Some do these exercises daily, some every couple days, and some as needed 💗

these are incredible, thank you❤ I am just starting the process of my IC healing journey and I’ve implemented your IC yoga sessions as a daily morning practice. I have followed them whenever I find myself in a bad flare as well and it definitely helps me calm down and release tension, I always feel a bit better afterwards. Thank you so much, IC is debilitating but you make it easier for me❤

Great video! I noticed as athletic as I am but took time off from surgery that i was really tight and having a hard time! But i did it regardless. Wish it was 5 min longer! Please keep these videos going. Thank you

When I do the first exercise (on all 4s, left leg out to side, left arm up to air), I feel a pull in my bladder which mimics the discomfort/urgency/burning I often feel in my bladder. My doctors suspect I do not have IC, but rather PFD. Are you able to identify which muscle or area I might be working in this exercise so I can communicate that to my doctors and PT? THANK YOU

There are so many different things that would be going on and seeing a pelvic floor therapist to help you for your exact needs is best. You can show the doctor the exercise that reproduces you symptoms too! You got this keep advocating for yourself & find a really good pelvic floor PT💗

I‘m an IC patient in Korea, For letting me know, thank you so much. There is no stretching for ic patients on KZfaq in Korea. I haven‘t tried it yet, but I think it will be helpful.
