📋 INGREDIENTS:
200 g (7 oz) red pepper
1 eggplant
6 eggs
Salt

1 tbsp parmesan
100 g (3.5 oz) Emmental cheese or Fontina cheese

BAKE:
To bake the peppers: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the peppers until the skin turns black.
To make the frittata cake: Increase the oven temperature to 240°C (464°F). Bake the frittata cake for 10 minutes
