2 tsp salt
200 ml milk (3/4 cup)
50 g butter (3.5 tbsp)
6 tbsp olive oil

Meatballs:
400 g carrots (14 oz)
500 g broccoli (18 oz)
100 g spinach (3.5 oz)
3 eggs
150 g flour (1 1/4 cups)
5 tbsp oat flakes
5 tbsp water
2 tsp salt
A pinch of nutmeg
Olive oil for frying (as needed)
Salad:
Iceberg lettuce
Parsley
100 g yogurt (7 tbsp)
1 tsp sugar
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
