So u have to do 15 then 12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 mean 15 times than 12 time then 10 times an so on ..mean that's 1 set...a lil help..please. .

Yep.. music's annoying, Bob's annoying, audio quality is annoying. But Charles and his training techniques are top class. He doesn't need Bob the nob.

The whole point of bodybuilding is to achieve the best physique possible, the only way of doing that is targeting specific muscle groups. You can't do that with free-weights, there is too many small movements which take weight off of the target muscles, focusing more on power & strength as apposed to growth.
