@@marleonetti7 yrs ago, the top asthma Dr in Canada said that the FIRST thing that they recommend to asthma sufferers is that they rehome their cats....even if they're not allergic to them/ the cats don't seem to cause the attacks. It's all that dander and little hairs....tiny particulates that get into and irritate already irritated lungs. Then he stopped speaking for a bit.....and then said "and you know what? NO ONE i've told that to has EVER gotten rid of their cats!" (he was so shocked....) All the best to you!

She might only have specific triggers. I technically have asthma, but only cut grass will give me an attack if I haven't taken my allergy meds (my asthma is allergy induced). Maybe mold triggers her, but not animal fur. Although I 100% think it was beyond stupid for her, or any of them, to turn down the emergency housing when the place was deemed unsafe

@@kittyfan I mean, it does sound like from a literal perspective that she wasn’t given an official 30 days notice. But still, you were allowed to live in that house rent free for almost two months. And they didn’t even try to sue her for that money. So, to try and sue them for even more… count your blessings.

Also her assertion that the defendants did intentional and extensive damage to their mother's home to get her out makes no sense. The mold alone seems like it would be thousands of dollars to fix. Also the plaintiff said she had nowhere to go but she didn't pay rent so she had rent money to go somewhere else.

It's a TV show. They hype up a bunch of nothing so you initially think one side is "bad" and then the script gets flipped. It's called "hook and cook". The show pays all judgments so the real "bad" people never suffer any monetary punishment. It's all fake, there is no justice 99% of the time.

If everyone lost, both the plaintiff and defendant would get $2,500. Times change!!)
