I've only read the typical ones. A Christmas carol, David copperfield, Oliver twist, and Great expectations which I love so much!!! I last read it a few years ago and it had been a long time since my previous reading and I cried my eyes out at the end. 💔 I really need to read some more. I loved the adaptation of Bleak House that has burn Gorman as guppy.❤ And the series dickensian was wonderful. But I need to actually read some more of his works.

That first table you walked by in Barnes + Noble had Yoko Ogawa's The Memory Police (2019 translation) on it--highly recommend that one! Merit's flush balm in Persimmon is one of my go-tos--a little goes a long way, especially if you're light. You are rocking that outfit, really came together to be more than the sum of its parts, which is a style grail for sure. The background music here is peak lifestyle vlogger, too--nice work.

Ooooo I saw The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead on the table with Dickens. Highly recommend. He's a really good writer and the characters are fascinating. Not always an easy read though (given the context of when/where story is set). And Stone Blind by Natalie Haynes! Superb.

I saw the video a couple years ago when a makeup artist did your makeup . She went a bit heavy on it. You do a better job! When you do your own makeup, it 's very flattering. I like that dress & I think it looked so cute w/the boxy, light pink jacket you tried on w/it in the store. I am the same way about pens, Andrea !
