1. Create a love list - date with a purpose 2. Reflect on childhood wounding (maybe look into therapy to heal this) 3. Become the reciprocal of your list (e.g. masculine, feminine, trustworthy, trusting, gifter, receiver) 4. Consistency in dating profile, what you tell your friends and family (e.g. looking for my forever man - allow men to deselect so you don't have to over invest) 5. When dating - have fun, be present, lean back, be playful, engage your senses, let there be silence, don't fill in with talking/chatting. enjoy!

It really makes sense to be honest about what you are looking for, from my experience being clear improves relationships so people understand you better and can behave accordingly (positive or negative). I have also stated to my husband (now) clearly that if someone would not propose in 3 years I would break up with him, and he did, I think also because he knew this was my rule and I was clear about what I feel.

American women struggle with this the most. There is so much fear around “turning men off.” But that’s a good thing. We should turn off the kind of men that are not interested in marriage.

Mina, I wanted to ask you if you have ever read the 4 anima archetypes of Jung, I have studied it bit in past, for example the second archetype is Helen (hero) and the last one is Sophia, wisdom, and I just always think of what you have mentioned that everyone in the end of the day "downloads" the same content because all the knowledge is already within us. The Islamic women in Philadelphia don’t have much of a problem with getting married. But I am not converting to another religion just to find a spouse. Lots of women do that. Muslims have great laws that protect women and families though.
