Mina I looove what you said about women experiencing fear exponentially more than men. Not because I love being afraid😅 but because it draws parallels to another video I watched by Teal Swan called "What all men need to know about women." And I assumed it would be dating advice or something of the sort. But she talked almost completely about fear. Which took me back at first. She said that women are programed to live at a baseline of fear. That it only amplfies when she has people she cares about and it's so deeply rooted in our coding that most women aren't even aware of it. This affirms that we aren't 'irrational', but this was designed by evolution as a way to keep us and those we care about safe. Being highly attuned to emotions has benefited us in the long run. I highly recommend that video and it's inverse "What all women should know about men"

I married my husband when he was 23, I was 19 almost 20….we’ve been married for 18 years with 3 sons. We’ve been through a lot but I can honestly say we are the strongest and have grown so much in love. Men do mature a little slower than women though😬 but I am much energetically younger and it works. He is my full on provider. It’s possible ladies but if you’re starting off and single you’d probably want a larger age gap

Your age gap is fine which is 3-4 years. Anything more is honestly a bit odd IMO. Which is why the best time for women to meet a provider husband is when she’s in her late 20s to early 30s. So as a woman it’s better to work on herself till she reaches that age. If you’re young and trying to lock down another young guy or someone slightly older, you gotta accept that he can’t provide now, you gotta go 50/50 and you have to take the risk that he might leave you or just never be a provider.

What you said about women constantly being in survival mode is so true! Things are working out and I started to feel so anxious about how easy my life is becoming. I have to repeat “I’m safe and protected by God” daily!

This is why polarity is not valued by women. Women calibrate to each other. They sync up to each other. They say that people are a combination of the 5 people they spend the most time with, this is even more accurate for women.

I love that. We dont have to bash them because we dont want the same thing. Youre right every man Ive been with has been honest with what he was willing to offer. I think later men start telling women what they want to hear when they wont accept the truth. Im now going to thank men for providing honesty.

You're totally spot on about the animal in people being so ruthless when in survival mode. I've experienced women my whole life throwing me under the bus, causing rumors, being envious and jealous of what I have. It doesn't happen anymore since starting my inner work and spiritual healing which is interesting. But I've definitely seen it enough. Even from my own mother

It’s funny, at first, I didn’t want to watch this video because I thought that I’d be disappointed not being feminine enough yet or worthy enough of being provided for (no worries Mina I bought your basic babe program and I’m very slowly going through it lol). But I’m gladly surprised (as always) of all the new info in there and from the traits you named, I didn’t feel unworthy or unfeminine. The traits you named are available for every woman and so simple really. I was expecting a video about being more ‘this or that’, wearing ‘more this or that’ and walking like this or that because most videos in the feminine journey community are about that. These videos make many women believe that they first have to become something to deserve being provided for… And it makes some women (like me) believe that we have to earn it and that’s our entire fault if no man wants to provide for us. Your teaching is about being already worthy of it from the day we were born (and way before that) and to own it. I still have a lot of inner work to do, but thank you for speaking the truth.

Hi Mina, this is a bit unrelated to the current subject. But you had a recent video where you stated that when you're relaxing and doing 'nothing' is really when you work. I just saw a part of a Ted talk where they explained that when we get 'bored' and we're just relaxing with our mind wandering, is actually when we're really creative and solving problems because we're thinking on a subconscious level. I immediately remembered what you said in that video and had to come share the message! 😋 There's research about this😊🤗

I agree with you. I got sick the day after Christmas and I haven't been sick for years. Sorry this a long comment, but I wanted to share. The strange take away for me was that being sick made me stop, slow down, and reevaluate my life and my health and how bad I was treating myself. I realized how drained I was, how much my stressful job affected my health and that I needed time to reset and heal. I needed a dramatic change. I quit my job the week after Christmas. I now meditate and journal in the mornings when I would be at work grinding. I feel better every day. There is so much freedom in being clear about what you're wanting and don't want. This Sukun life is for me!

Relating the age gap, men normally die younger than women, so if we marry a much older man, we'll probably be widows for years. That's been very common in my grandma generation. Do you think it is evolutionary normal to be a widow for 10 or more years? Does it make sense? What do you think about this?
@annacherry-p3e
@annacherry-p3e 2 жыл бұрын
Good question! Though if we marry same age men there would be more power struggles, having to endure and sacrifice through his building stage with the risk of being left once he accumulates enough wealth and starts looking around at younger women who didn't help him get where he is. Isn't being a financially secure widow better than a divorcee?

Well from a psychological point of view, and this is only one idea, but do you have abandonment issues from childhood? Often we just try to replace the memory of a distant parent with a spouse who we hope will show up for us in ways we needed as children (I learned about this from the KZfaq channel Crappy Childhood Fairy).

Hey mina this was amazing. But I'm surprised for you to say that women are sweet ones and accomodating ones. I think women are originally wild like nature and surrendering by nature. Not to a man but to the present moment nd accepting it. I don't sweeten stuff, I'll share my overflow. Or professionally, I'll invest with my sweetness. If I don't like something/someone , I'll be silent, neutral, accepting of it for that time and later await for resources to get myself out of it and go to better situations.
@queengoblin
@queengoblin Жыл бұрын
we have had to develop the trait agreeableness in order to function socially. the "wild woman archetype" is just one part of being a woman. women are not one thing. we are not only wild, or sweet. we are many things. the feminine is highly dynamic and chameleon like and changeable, depending on the situation. "sweetness" (agreeableness - jordan peterson talks about women and Trait Agreeableness in his lectures) is an evolutionary trait meant to make us more likeable to the "right" people so we don't get hurt, and so social cohesion is more likely. it's a survival mechanism. likeable, unthreatening women don't get burned at the stake. the "wild woman" archetype is more of a dark feminine aspect of our nature, it's more of our animal nature, our connection to the earth, birth, blood, water, death, spirit. this is a more conscious, highly evolved trait, one we are deeply, intimately connected to through our menstrual cycles.
