I think the access is fine and looks better. Nothing wrong with being mindful about closing your knife.Neeves knives just has stubby little fingers and uses knives as fidget toys

We are going to have to disagree. I can be mindful of closing my knife without having to struggle to close it. To each their own but I prefer a better lockbar access
