📋 INGREDIENTS:
Rice:
1 cup basmati rice
olive oil
2 tsp salt
Meat:
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp turmeric
spring onions
1 chili pepper
500 g ground beef (1.1 lbs)
2 tsp salt
black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp light soy sauce
200 g broccoli (7 oz)
150 g cherry tomatoes (5.3 oz)
Lime juice to taste

This was excellent, Anna. Thanks. Made it again a few days later as it was so popular with the family. I used carrots the second time as we had no broccoli in the fridge! I think asparagus would work well too, as I often put it in my Thai curry dishes
