THREE great Medicine Ball exercises for a quick full body workout!

Repeat each exercise 3 times:
• Push Ups - 10reps 00:00 : This emphasizes the triceps more! In a push up position (can also be on your knees) one hand is on the floor and one hand is on the medicine ball. Perform one push up from this position. Then roll the medicine ball to the other hand and complete another push up. Continue alternating until you have completed 10 push-ups.
• Squat and Press - 12reps 00:13 : Standing with feet a little bit outside shoulder with, hold the medicine ball in your hands. Then squat down, as your come up press the medicine ball above your head. Bring It back down and repeat the movement. Complete 12 squats.
• Mountain Climbers - 30reps total 00:28 : Getting in a position like you are about to perform a push-up. Place the medicine ball under both hands. Then bring each knee in towards your chest. Continue alternating each leg until you reach 30 reps total.
And always remember to TRAIN. RECOVER. REPEAT. GoFit!
