I am glad you and Cheryl got to go on your vacation. I bet it was a wonderful time away. I find it interesting how much your garden changed within that week, how everything bolted. I have a question… When something bolts, does that mean that the plant is done for? I realize that means it goes to seed. When you say that your asparagus bolted and he showed all that immense growth, are you able to cut the seedy stalk parts down? Will you still be able to harvest asparagus? I remember hearing that sometimes things turn bitter after certain plants go to seed.
