Goulash from the oven/@JanaCJany
1.2 kg of meat - beef shoulder or rump
1 kg onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 spoons of goulash seasoning
chili, hot peppers to taste
1-1.5 liters of broth
salt pepper
for thickening, ideally older bread, and if you don't have it, then 1 spoonful of semi-coarse flour (in the video I put 2 spoons and it was too much)
onions for garnish
The oven was heated to 250°C and I baked for 2 hours + 30 minutes
I served it with pastry.
