Sweet potato cobbler is my favorite cobbler. My grandma made homemade biscuits and put them on top as the crust, buttered the top of them and you had a lot more crust

@@annamartin3489 don't be rude. If you really watched the video you'd have noticed she was spooning the water or juice that the yams had exuded from being baked. Sauce, as you mention, doesn't get made in this recipe, she may call it that, because that's in her tradition, but others may not be used to the same term being used in the same way. Be generous, please, and just go with the flow. If you don't like the recipe, move on.

Hi! FYI: Out here the the butter "sticks" are only 4 oz. or ½ cup! You might want to mention the difference in the future. These people out west don't have toast with their butter like I used to have in Brockton :)) I can't wait to try this (with a real stick of butter)! God bless you and your 2020 and your family!
