I just found your channel today. You have shown me so many good options for a monthly stay. I’m so disappointed I spent 20,000 baht on a hotel room for a month when I could have stayed in one of your recommendations for under 10,000 baht. You live and you learn. 👍

I would guess that the better values for Bangkok would be a bit further away from the main tourist areas but still on the BTS line. So for example, the On Nut area may still have rentals for 13,000 baht for a 1 year contract ( but would be much more expensive if renting only for 1 month). Traveling further down on the BTS would perhaps yield even better value...but I have no first hand knowledge of that.

Decent rooms except for the 10b/unit for electricity. I use enough AC that that would add up quick! Probably better to pay higher monthly price for similar room but with lower electricity.

The livestreams sound good. You could get monthly rooms in Patong for similar prices if you don’t mind walking 20 mins to the action, this was 18 months ago when I was there

Budget/value for money Bangkok apartments sounds good.....though Bangkok is a vast area and would be dificult to cover many locations and describe the neighbourshoods surrounding them accurately if you arent living in Bangkok for a longer period. With the live streaming you need to be careful of being demonitized due to copyright music. Also most people on holiday in the entertainment areas dont really like vloggers walking around with cameras pointing in thier direction nor do the ladies working in establishments seem to care much for it either. I would look into how laws in Thailand may pose restrictions on filming persons in public places. Even so, those type of videos, live or recorded and edited have been done to death IMO. Maybe you can put your spin on it. Also they may restrict monitization due to the conent not being appealling (adult, party, alcohol, cannibis shops etc.) to those looking to run adverts on your channel. I've subscribed amd recommended your channel to others because of your budget/value for money room hunting. There are Thai based vloggers showing condos, houses etc in Pattaya but not in your price and location bracket (short term, under approx 10k baht, near the action) and definitely not with your consistency. That's what makes your channel interesting and appealing to me.
