Are you feeling restless or unsettled? Parenthood can present challenges that might leave you feeling anxious or stressed. It may help to move through grounding yoga postures. I've created a grounding yoga sequence to encourage balance and stability within the mind and body. This short yoga sequence will assist you in rooting your energy to create a sense of peace and calm.🧘🏻
No props needed. Please consult with your doctor to ensure physical activity is suitable for you. Not recommended for prenatal students.
