My hair thrived when I moisturized and sealed 2x daily and scalp massaging every other day. As soon as I leave my hair alone, my hair goes to dust.

It doesn't av to be protective styles that takes weeks and months to leavein,it can be low manipulative styles that takes days and weeks which helps to reduce knots and tangles for length retention

Yes. That's the essence of low manipulation hairstyles. The goal is not to manipulate your hair,whilst it's in a low manipulation hairstyle as well.

Thx dear for sharing this coz im the kind I f aperson who doesn't like wigs,waves, braids or any kind of extension but still want to grow my 4c hair long

My videos do not even advice you to wear those. Just braids, twists or cornrow with your natural hair.

These are great tips but I struggle to figure out when I can use rinses while doing these styles as my hair shrinks so much with any bit of water in it. Does it mean we totally do away with tea rinses?

You can do your rinses before making the styles? I'm sure it already has its effect
