Thank you for visiting the second version of the great parable of the bags of Gold ~ found in Matthew 25:14- 30. Good News *348(B) is a sidekick, if you will, of (A). This one is more commentary and no reading of the verses. I have more time to tell what I feel God has put on my heart to share. This video is a bit different, with different flowers, so if you care to watch both videos, would you kindly let me know which one you prefer, considering message, audio and video quality and the "star of the show," or the flower(s) being shown? It will help me to improve, for sure! Thank you, my friends in Christ!
Here is a copy of the comments for (A) ~ The master entrusts 10 bags of gold ~ probably each one weighing a talent, five bags to one servant, two to another, and one to yet another, while He went on a journey. Upon His return, the servant entrusted with one bag merely buried his, not inspired to do anything worthwhile with it, and so presented the one bag. The servants of five and two bags each doubled their total bags and the Master was well pleased with them! He instructed the lazy one, as He called him, to be thrown out into the darkness, with the weeping and gnashing of teeth. The ones who used their talents for His good received praise and the invitation to share in His happiness. So I would think heartily seeking to please the Master by using the talents, His love and grace, to shine His Light and bring more of His children into the fold is the way to actually pave our way to those heavenly streets paved with, you guessed it, gold ~ and certainly, no dirt is needed! Amen!
The stars of the show on this video are the white and red Rose of Sharon, the weeping butterfly bush, some yellow coneflowers, nandina, wild bergamot, and some busy ~ and sleeping bees, both adding weight to the story!
Chores today are cleaning the bird feeders and baths and refilling them. I watered the dwarf gardenias with water from my solar fountain bucket, and watered the hydrangeas, cinnamon fern, 'Party Streamers' hosta, Rose of Sharon on the east side, rain lilies, Seal of Solomon, and wild Bergamot, all on the east side of the house. I couldn't do anything else, as it was getting too warm. i did manage to get my walk in ~ my rain walk, that is. You've heard of a rain dance? Well, this was a walk, praying that God would deliver us some very badly needed rain. Not sure He will comply, but maybe He will!
If there is one sermon everyone should listen to, it is this one, • Pastor Loran Livingsto... ~ by Pastor Loran Livingston, from Central Church of God, in Charlotte, NC. He has recently gone viral with a short clip of a sermon, but this one, with the theme, "How far behind are you following," is a perfect message for each person to hear, especially a Christian! I encourage you to listen and, perhaps listen again. I am keeping this one on speed-dial!
Would like to share His Gospel with others? Then I will eagerly support and encourage you! Start by praying and see where you go! Revelations 3:7b, What God opens, no man can shut, and what God closes, no man can open! When we are standing before such a mighty God as this, and His Holy Spirit will be with us, guiding and directing us, we will not fail! Harvesting for God can simply be reading His Holy Word and/or offering personal experiences or wisdom you have learned and earned through your life. Or it could be as creative and imaginative as God sends you ~ maybe even a garage band creating "Garage Gospel"! Remember, benefits are out of this world, in paradise! God bless you, my friend!
