This is the water chestnut cake with coconut milk. Here are the ingredients for the yellow layer: brown sugar (200g+10g), water chestnut powder (150g), and water (800g). For the white layer, the ingredients are water (100g), water chestnut powder (100g), and coconut milk (400g). Hope this would help. 😊 Thank you for your appreciation.

Totally waste of time and money!! No matter how long i steam, it stays liquid. Not the first time i made this dessert but the first and last time I'm using this recipe! I'll stick to the cheaper topioca and rice starch in the future.
