I say this on pretty much all GWAR videos but I saw them at the E factory in Philly and during the breakdown for Sick of You, Oderus sang the JG Wentworth song and the place went fucking insane lol

I very recently listened to Gwar and absolutely love what I hear. I always heard about them through Beavis and Butthead and so i thought to check them out since all the metal bands of today basically sound the same. I FUCKING LOVE GWAR!

You listened to Oderus GWAR or Blothar's GWAR? We've got a van Halen / van hagar thing going on right now. You couldn't have come at a worse time lol. :P Blood off the Gods is GWAR's worst album of all time. Everything before it is gold and titties.... Well... Almost everything. ;)

The situation GWAR is in is NOTHING like van halen/haggar. Brockie died, and rather than kill GWAR, they re-structured themselves to keep GWAR going as opposed to stopping all together. Brockie would have wanted them to go on, look at previous interviews and he mentions GWAR can live on even as members leave. Last I check David Lee Roth didn't die to get replaced by Haggar. Van Halens biggest struggle was there ego-clashing.

I agree 100%. Dave Brockie embodied the spirit of Gwar. You can't just put some new "Cheese Dick" on the mike and expect me to get excited about a show of all the "Scumdogs of the Universe " tracs. Bunch of simps falling for "Brand Recognition" this isn't "Gwar".
