Just noticed the other day that right after Corey's pushed over the bridge you can see Michael walking up from the right to pull him into the sewer. You have to look all the way to the right as soon as they show Corey on the ground after the fall. Happens fast but it looks cool.

in halloween kills laurie did say with each kill michael Transends into something more, something less human, invincible damn near granting him power with each kill he does so in theory everytime corey kills his power increases granting him temporary invincibility and inhuman strength just like michael.

I think it sends a mixed message in your "final" movie when you make it clear that anyone can become a murderous, semi-invincible Halloween boogeyman if enough bad shit happens to them.

Does it though? I think that's a big part of what this trilogy was building to. Carpenter has always referred to Michael as a personification of evil. Who's to say he's THE personification of evil and there can't be another? I think it was a smart way of showing that evil can be created just as easily as it can be born, which makes it scarier to me. If anything, I think it makes Michael seem like less of a semi-invincible boogeyman. He loses some of his mystique.

@@jacobskinner3522 This "trilogy" was lead by a guy who said he wanted to return to the concept of Michael just being a man (which he never was, not even in the first movie), but it only took one sequel for Michael to immediately become the Terminator again who can be shot 8 times and stabbed in the neck and beaten in the head and not die. There is no consistent idea behind this trilogy at all.

The finger you see pointing in the intro is from Insidious. And no the house at the beginning isn’t from anything. The house used for exteriors and interiors was filmed in North Carolina, the previous two were shot in South Carolina and the house from part 4 was a two story home in Utah

I’ve seen several reviews & reactions to this movie & y’all are the first ones that pointed out Allyson’s ex looking way older than her. I noticed it immediately & when no one else brought it up I thought I was crazy 😂 He looks like he’s in his mid 40’s

I hate this movie and it has has numerous flaws but that part never bothered me. She lost both parents in a single night and her grandma went through a recovery and rehab process, both physically, mentally, and for alchol addiction. She would have turned to some older people for attention, guidance, and love during that time. I wouldn't have been stunned if Allyson and Lindsey were a couple in this film.

*SPOILERS* I like this movie and enjoyed the whole trilogy, but personally one thing they should have done was have it actually be Michael going to Laurie, she kills him, Corey kills her, then we see all the kills from Corey at the shop and radio station. Then end it somewhere...he's the new "Shape." This way if they continued it, they could have it Allyson vs. Corey for the new trilogy or something.

I figured Michael saw himself in Corey so that is why he let him live. Corey was already on a dark path. As he started killing people, he went further down that path until Laurie ended it. By then Michael had recovered enough to take over.

Michael letting anyone live purposely is outta character, let alone tag teaming with em. This movie butchered Michael as a character, this ain’t my Michael Myers. Also wth, they advertised it to be the “end” & then Michael’s barely in the film & not just that but the Laurie vs Michael fight that everyone was waiting for lasted about 5 seconds with Michael losing practically easily. This movie is Disgraceful to Michael & to the entire franchise. It should’ve ended with H2O. Way better ending than this trash

Love how laurie holds his hand as he is dying I feel it's because she has been running from him so long it's a connection. I heard also that Jamie lee Curtis held his hand because she was saying goodbye to her character and Michael for real and it was emotional. Like the Cory storyline just wish they added it to kills and focused more on Michael for his final movie. The green guy lol can't remember said it wasn't supposed to be a Michael and Laurie movie like a big fight I swore that was how this movie was marketed maybe I am mistaken

Out of the new trilogy I like this movie the most: - a bit different to your regular Halloween movie - like Corey and overall character developments/interactions - like that it is not a typical ending to a trilogy where it is all epic. Like the subdued story here - also I am not a big Myers fan, so that helps to like the movie I guess. Kindal ike it more than Scream 5.

I'm afraid the house in the opening was not in a previous "Halloween" movie. The house in "Halloween 4" was in Salt Lake City, where it was shot. This movie was shot in Georgia.

I know a lot of people didnt like this movie but I did. I like that they did something different with the franchise and I liked the idea that Michael is just a man. But *anyone* can be The Shape. Anyone can be that pure evil.

I'm here to tell you marching band has letterman jackets as well. In some schools the band is more respected and more talented than the football team. Perhaps Haddonfield has a high school like this thus creating the bullies lol
