@@LydonLewisDoUbLeZz Dude have you learned nothing from Facts, those numbers on paper about How many watts on Battery Vs AC is bullshit, the Boombox 2 is 80 watts in general, just like the boombox 1 is 60 watts,. If you want to keep up the lies about how it's different amount of watts when plugged in versus on battery mode, do yourself a favor and Test that theory with Your Boombox like i have mine, and you'll find out for yourself that The only difference is a tad bit of Db Louder, no increase in bass performance, I know because i already tested this with my Boombox

Robert Wiseman I have no reason to believe that’s not the case as it is the same speaker setup as the first version and it has 20 more watts. So it would be divided evenly between the speakers.

@@hzd1494 easy easy angry guy it doesn't push the full 60 on the battery it pushes the full 60 in the wall hence why it gets a little bit louder. In other words the extra power pushes the drivers to the full capacity there capable of! But I'm sure u already knew that.

I do believe the increase wattage has to do with it having deeper bass and increase output basically put it's powerful enough to where it doesn't need to have an indoor and outdoor mode! This it sounds just a little bit better but definitely has deeper bass possibly a pinched higher in volume and a slightly better Sound Stage from what I gathered

@@0rdreSacre You're actually Incorrect when it comes to Certain specs written own paper, i know from experience & being a Owner of JBL Portables that, that statement is incorrect, I own Multiple JBL Portable Speakers but since this is regarding the JBL BoomBox 2 I'll relate that to the original that I own. I tested whether or not their was a difference in bass performance/Sound quality, and from my tests especially cranked out at max Vol, there is no difference in bass performance, the only difference is when connected to the Outlet the speaker gets a tad bit louder, that's it. These are facts rather then what JBL says own paper regarding that specific spec. Plus a typical Audio consumer can notice if there is a notable difference is Bass performance or not. Soo overall that will justify my Factors behind the Speaker being 60 or 80 Watts. this goes the same for the JBL Xtreme 2/Xtreme/Partybox 100//300 I hope this was helpful :)

HZD well you are pretty wrong I had the xtreme 2 and it was 30watts in battery and 40Watts pluged cause it got quit a bit louder with more bass same goes for every other JBL speaker which has a 19v+ charger or plugs directly into mains like the Partybox and on the Partybox it’s been proofen by measurements so stop talking bullshit

@@TechnikToni-Overtribe Do you have proof to back your theory up? I'm quite sure you don't and i'm certain i mentioned that they do get a tad bit louder in db, but it doesn't add more bass, that's for sure, I know hat my ears hear and what they can't. Soo do your research

ill guess so? but my main question issssss... does it still have indoor/outdoor mode? cuz if it doesnt have it.. does it sounds different then? and the bass?
