I feel like 10 or so reasonably strong people, strategically placed, could overturn an aisle by lifting from the bottom. And, I think what's on the shelf absolutely matters. Pasta aisle would fall easier than the drink aisle, for instance.
@meeksmonsterminis31433 жыл бұрын
pick up and the shelfs comes off the center rack. The center rack that holds all the shelves are bolted into the concrete slab the entire building sits on. They are bolted in sections if you did knock one over you would have to pull 8 three inch bolts out of the slab. and that would only free about 8 feet of the center rack not the whole isles. If you did manage to get to this point the next aisles bolts would be more than able to catch the weight and stop the domino effect. This is how they are designed to stop people from doing this. When you see videos of shelves falling in stores they arnt bolted to the floors or walls correctly. the shelves will bend and break when you climb on them before the center rack will even think about budging. Again the shelves are held on by weight you lift them to remove them. SO you would have to push forward to get them to tip at all. By the time you got enough people to tip the isle the isle would have been full of people and you could have done a million better things with those numbers to fight the giant centipedes.

I'm not sure if it's what Dan is referring to concerning Lena, but I did find this about her: She helped create some controversial clothes, including one item printed, "Being Fat Is Not Beautiful, It's An Excuse." Other than that, I have found that she tends to say and do things and then shortly afterward apologize for it. Before you reply or hate me for it, I'm just stating what I've read. I am not voicing any personal opinion.
@MrJonsonville55 жыл бұрын
People are saying she molested her sister, but I haven't been able to find anything definitively saying that, so idk if that's true or not. I do know that these days people love jumping on hate bandwagons without any facts, but I don't know if that's what's going on here, because I can't be bothered to do enough research on it because I'm just not that interested in this person. So I don't even know why I'm replying, because I have severely limited information on and interest in this topic.

The media clearly doesn't shame Lena Dunham is any way that is warranted. But by calling attention to her through negative press, we many celebrities responded by stand up for her. This is a great way to get the public to A.) care about who she is. B.) defend her. C.) never have a conversation about how she really influences the public. D.) accept her as someone who is fighting the system. ( accepted as a feminist role model). Don't buy into this. She is a terrible role model for women. She is talented, yes, but that does not make her a good influence. His defense of her says a lot about his weaknesses. Really, we can't hold a 28 year old women responsible? I mean seriously, they are actually encouraging her arrested development, just so they never need to take on responsibility. How is this good for women or the world?

I'm only slightly disappointed by Dan's comments about Lena Dunham because I'm not sure if there was a specific thing he was referring to - but Dunham literally wrote about raping her little sister in her autobiography and people never seem to bring it up, and it's fucked. And then he kinda added to it by bringing up how much he admires Woody Allen, who is also a rapist.

You mean this? QUOTE: "Do we all have uteruses?" I asked my mother when I was seven. "Yes," she told me. "We're born with them, and with all our eggs, but they start out very small. And they aren't ready to make babies until we're older." I look at my sister, now a slim, tough one-year-old, and at her tiny belly. I imagined her eggs inside her, like the sack of spider eggs in Charlotte's Web, and her uterus, the size of a thimble. "Does her v***** [retracted because of KZfaq bot] look like mine?" "I guess so," my mother said. "Just smaller." One day, as I sat in our driveway in Long Island playing with blocks and buckets, my curiosity got the best of me. Grace was sitting up, babbling and smiling, and I leaned down between her legs and carefully spread open her v***** [retracted because of KZfaq bot]. She didn't resist and when I saw what was inside I shrieked. My mother came running. "Mama, Mama! Grace has something in there!" My mother didn't bother asking why I had opened Grace's v***** [retracted because of KZfaq bot]. This was within the spectrum of things I did. She just got on her knees and looked for herself. It quickly became apparent that Grace had stuffed six or seven pebbles in there. My mother removed them patiently while Grace cackled, thrilled that her prank had been a success. -----------------
