This weeks video is a short one. I was able to harvest my pak choi just before i left for my holiday with the family. I hope you enjoy the final harvest of this patch.

Better to grow late summer>fall than spring>summer when they bolt.

This is correct. I find that daylight hours is the biggest cause of plants bolting. As long as the daylight hours are shortening you will not find your plants will bolt. This is why now is the best time to grow coriander

Thanks the family usually lightly boil it and eat it as part of the Chinese meal as the greens. My wife also uses a lot of it when we make noodle soups she adds it to the dish as well. I have been meaning to make a little segment on how I use my produce when I harvest them
