After months of really bad shoulder pain; not being able to get a massage or see a physio due to Covid; having had blood tests and taking painkillers, your video has improved comfort and mobility after the first go. I’ve now done the exercises 3 days in a row and my shoulders feel sooo much better. Thank you!!

working in front of the computer for the past twenty years killed my shoulders. following this routine every night now before bed and has loosen up my tight shoulders and help me feel relaxed before sleep. Thank you

It really helps that you're encouraging your viewers to make the workout their own, and regularly remind us that it's okay if we can't do it exactly like you (yet). I have some mental trauma relating to fitness/sports thanks to P.E. and bullying which can make exercise a very stressful experience, but I still want to help my body be as healthy as possible, and it's sooo refreshing to be spoken to in such a non-judgmental and encouraging way while trying new exercises! Thank you for this, I really enjoyed the workout 🖤

I am 59 years old male. Shoulder issues for years. Wake with shoulder pain daily. This routine has been able to alleviate my pain in one session. I recommend it.

I really love your workout videos and training exercises, they are perfect for filthy casual fitness people like me. I am in it for the health benefits not because exercises are so much fun XD. Your tempo is relaxed but steady and you offer variations for different fitness levels. I incorporated your shoulder stretches into my overall workout routine and its really helping. My God! I feel really blessed to practicing your workouts! I've tried some of your stretching vids and they're worked on my neck and shoulder stiffness! Wish I could found this vid earlier so I didnt waste my money at physiotherapy which didn't gave any result, at all. Your vids gonna be my a must do practicing everyday. Thank you so much guys. I'm a violinist and i had some problems with rounded shoulders. Besides doing other workouts, i did this one and the 8min neck pain exercises for about 6 weeks and during the last lesson, my instructor makes note about my improved posture. Thank you again.

Hi I have damaged my left arm and shoulder and my Chiropractor has recommended your shoulder injury workout. I started today, tough on the left but brilliant stretches on the right. Thank you I'm going to keep going.

Thank you so much!! I had a weak shoulder from a previous injury and after 6 months of mild pain and weakness in the area i did this and the pain went away!! It also helps to strengthen it i guess cause i feel it more stable and stronger now! Nice one!!
