I asked my mother - Why are they telling us the price of an average chair?..... when the Beatles sang Paperback Writer I thought they said - Take the back right turn.....I used to hold my breath when we drove past roadkill because I thought I would breathe in the ghost of the dead animal and then my behavior would alter into that animal's traits, like walking on all fours.....the first time I flew in an airplane I was 7 years old. “I used to think” the letters P.O.W. At the Tonkawa P.O.W. Camp had something to do with Pow Wows. Didn’t learn until after we left camp in the early 1980s, that we were living inside a prisoner of war camp. That interned Germans in America. During WW2. I also used to think. Native American couldn’t go vote for the president of the United States. I found out some actually can, if they wanted to. Others still can’t though. If all tribes could. I bet Oklahoma wouldn’t be a “red state”.

I thought my parents just always drove our car for fun, or as an extra safety measure. By the time I was 14 I had figured out that most cars did indeed have drivers if I looked hard enough, but didn't think all did. Needless to say, I was very confused when I started hearing about Google's "self-driving car project" that aimed to develop cars to drive themselves. when I was little, I used to think that teeny tiny little people lived inside the TV and that's why TV's were so big (before flat screen tv's)... and the screen was a magnifying glass that made the teeny tiny people look normal sized... same thing for the radio... teeny tiny people lived inside the radio and that's how they worked... which is why when I would listen to the song "Down in the Boondocks" I thought the lyrics were "The Boy from down in the Boom Box" 🤣 Made sense to me when I was 3 yrs old. Teeny tiny little people lived inside the TV and the Boom Box/Radio and that's how they worked... and he was a singer so obviously he lived down inside the Boom Box!

I'm pretty sure someone tweeted the 1st verse lyrics of R. Kelly's "I believe I can fly" but I think the bar is much higher than that

I’m not sure who stole my retainer in 2014 but I’m glad it’s getting addressed.
