I've had that done a couple times. it's not the most comfortable experience, but not at all painful. Just feels like you're having diarrhea cramps until the waste valve is released. The tube they put up your rear isn't fun being inserted, just embarrassing at first. I wouldn't have a colonic often, but it helped with the migraines I was having.

@@deathstar9297I think it can helps only. If you are a Covid jabbed don't care about your immune system. Already it's damaged. Watch a lot of videos of Dr John Campbell about how "vaccination" destroes the immune system...if you want.

@@Jesse4267 Constipation makes your body toxic. If you don’t poop often enough, those toxins build up and cause you to feel bad….headaches, lethargy, backaches, etc. It can kill you if you go long enough without pooping, like Elvis Presley.
