My friend's boy opened the front door himself and somehow managed to get to the market (in a city with heavy traffic) where one vendor recognized him and called the police.

We have had a number of flight episodes with Douglas. It's terrifying every time. It has been amazing to see how people are willing to jump up and help in an emergency. Neighbors, law enforcement, and strangers. One of the first times, we had ordered pizza, and the delivery driver showed up around the same time as the police. He dropped everything and drove around the neighborhood for 15 mins until we found him. We were his last stop, so his shift was technically over. We called his manager to tell him how grateful we were and gave him the biggest tip. He wasn't doing it for the reward, but he certainly deserved one.

If Simon doesn’t know the word “dolphin” already it would be a good word for him to learn.

Child there, child there, child where!?

I have autism and I used to run. I had to ride in the shopping cart until I was 8 because I ran so much. Now that I'm older and my nephew was diagnosed with autism, I finally see scary it was for my mum when I ran because he runs. You did a great job at having everyone split up to find him, and not fully freaking out. It's hard to find someone/something when you're freaking out.

Even now, I'm 14 years old and I still will just wander off, especially at museums where there are so many interesting things to look at. I've freaked my poor mother out quite a bit. Never had to wear a harness though. I never went very far.

That ride that Ezra didn’t want to ride looked like it might have been too small for him. He likes tight spaces, but maybe not that tight.

Ezra shouldn’t walk on top of that ball thing also because that’s cheating.

So sad u are supposed to talk to ur son before u go inside about leaving ur parents I told my kids oh they listen to me i mention anybody can grab u I taught my son and daughter 3 or 4 years I didn't play when it comes u know anything happens to kinds hello hello acs can get involve they are no joke at all u are good parents it isn't easy being a parent

I also liked Skee Ball, but like Ezra I didn’t understand the rules right away. Unlike Ezra I threw the ball instead of rolling it. I think I was slightly older than Ezra is here (maybe around eight) and my parents thought that I was breaking the rules on purpose. I didn’t get sent to my room that time but I remember getting quite the lecture on the way home and my sister and I didn’t like having to go home early.

Something sort of like this happened with my sister one Saturday at CCD class during her early teens not long after she was diagnosed (around age thirteen or fourteen). Like Simon she’s level one. I was level two growing up (I’m level one now) but for some reason I didn’t wander off as often as she did.

The 2 boys looked like they had fun, you have 2 great young boys who are super bright, they both progressing well and u alway had good part and bad in your days, how many diaper do u use a day, I wish happiness and fun for you all

See my oldest brother was much older than me, but he didn’t have a lived with us. Couple of my brothers didn’t because they were off on their own. There’s a quite a few brothers and one did stay with us, but it’s very different Becton, and when we went to England, we disrespected royal family because they were the selling survives but they did was wrong but that’s OK. we respect it. We actually I almost cried when the queen went because I’ve never seen anything like that and we will never see anything like that ever again I still think that little girl I think those little kids are the funniest little kids but I watch videos of them and it’s kind of sad because the kids the little kids now like a little Georgie. He’s he’s hilarious he’s a good man and he could be king right now and the little girl is so funny with that her brothers, she could be queen and no one likes Camilla around here and everyone thinks she looks like a horse people think she’s beautiful, but they can’t stand her and I still think other than a few women in my life. The most Loring person at that time was Princess Diana and I love the Princess Diana and someone I bought the Elton John CD and someone get drunk and the truth tobacco and they did not like them. I was very mad when I found it I don’t know who it was. I was very mad. I found another one though. I want to hear the song in the Elton John song I’m gonna I haven’t heard in a while. I’m gonna listen to it but someone spit tobacco in and like chute the chute back on they like spinning and they spent the whole thing in the CD and I have I had a huge CD collection back done so much different music and people used to steal my CDs. I used to be pissed but it was my house if you want to steal from someone don’t steal for me because I want you hang around my house? I was very mad when they stole my DVDs. Someone said I want to watch this movie so bad and someone stole it and I was so pissed off I stopped having people come to my house took me a while to think about son but I was like why don’t you just put my CDs DVDs somewhere else like in my closet but I had so many CDs. I have to do that anyway do that anyway I want to stop buying vinyl because I used to love playing with my record player because you can go right to the song you want to hear and I was very good at that and then someone started scratching I was like don’t scratch my records but I also scratched, but I use mine. I got trouble when I was a little kid. I was much older, but my sister was much younger than me. I got it One younger sister was way younger than me, but I love her to death. She helps me with so much with my 15 year old and they love him so much all her kids. I love those kids so much my nieces and nephews they know my other nieces and nephews. I love them and that’s who I love and just like them but these ones are so good my youngest ones with my kids I cannot believe it. I still can’t believe it. I work hard and I do a lot of things my son he does not care. He’s a very tough person But he doesn’t want to play sports. He don’t want to make be the hero and I don’t blame him he did but people used to treat him just differently because he had a different disability than everyone else and I’m very mad at that but I still care for a lot of those kids and some of them do come to my house but the parents know I’m crazy too, and they don’t want me up I’ll bring them there because I will behave with them because I don’t really get along with them but they have my sons friends and he wants to see him but he don’t seem very often because they do treat them differently still and I’m mad at the counter treat my kid different because I will whip your ass and they told me I am not afraid you, but I’m scared I was in her you shouldn’t do that but see each did not treat my son differently and pick on him and make give him since he’s a tough kid, but he did not take Charlie to stuff like that cause these kids are much stronger than him. He’s very strong right now he’s he is such a sweet you would love him and Simon would have fun with them in his wheelchair and he’s funny with the kids too but he loves my nieces and nephews the younger ones the seven year olds and they play rough but we turn it down a lot because they do fall out of it and it’s fun. They said sometimes they do get hurt but it’s so much fun they don’t care and it was only one incident but it happened when they didn’t go to school so we did not know what to do so they took him to the hospital anyway they said he was you know I made up story, but now it’s no one’s gonna take out his way. We’ve never had a kid taken away from us. We never dealt with SSI but until my kids get older I was like why don’t I get SSI? I deserve it to I struggle all my life. I studied all my life but I had so much trouble of mass and Smith is the most important subject and I still suck at it.

I did that one time when I was 6, I was curious where my parent were, and I was walk through one part of the shopping mall just to find them, and honestly I was afraid, but then I met one family, they were pretty nice, they helped me find my parents, and I am pretty grateful for not having kidnapped by strangers, it was a scary moment
