What a great country! Thanks for posting this and thanks to whoever organized this.

For the flag I was a blue card and I was one of the black cards between the A & H. The cards also had a cutout in the top of it that everyone could see through so we could all see how the stadium looked. It was brilliantly put on and amazingly pulled off. I kept my card as a souvenir. Great to be a part of Hawkeye history :) Go Hawks!

As a Michigan fan, and after seeing this, Im not even mad/bitter we lost to them this past weekend...

@wade2bosh They had them on our seats when we came in, much like some universities leave pom poms/towels for big games.

From a Michigan fan NICE WORK IOWA. They're doing a card stunt this week when Michigan plays Nebraska in Ann Arbor, hopefully it is just as successful (American flag card stunt during the national anthem)

@benzstrat We held up the National Anthem cards. What we didn't do was hold up black and yellow cards, that, for all we knew, were going to create a yellow Hawk logo. I think that's reasonable. I think we'll hold off on fucking ourselves.
